    Featuring lighter jingles and a larger diameter than the traditional Riq, this new style of tambourine offers a larger sound and more adaptability for contemporary ensembles. The Lotus Tambourine is a cross between Middle Eastern and Western orchestral tambourines and features an internal hand grip and five sets of German silver jingles.
