Here is a neat lot of 3 vintage cabinet size photographs of the Mobile Used Car Reconditioning School Truck for Chevrolet Dealers Oakland Zone, shown at Lemmon Brothers somewhere on the 198 State Highway, Pete Shepherd Chevrolet in Visalia, and Garden City Chevrolet
I would guess this to be around the 1940's
