PDATE, got the screws, now to try and remember how I took it apart :(
Support does not exist, so Google is my helper. Am so feed up I am hoping someone will buy this. Why buy a  new one, when you can play with this one. You really don't want to actually print something, and this one now comes with 2 spare working heatbeds. Yes I have 2 spare heatbeds now, the story gets longer, and longer, who has time for this.
One year one month of ownership, it printed for about 6 - 8 weeks, who remembers last year??
UPDATE, they sent the heatbed I paid for, but no screws, and you need special screws to mount the heatbed. They did send a video, which I am so sick of this printer I have not watched it yet. Sept 18, 2020 the 1 year warranty ends, so first year printed about 6 weeks, and sat unusable the reat of the year. I wasted so much time on this, my other printers work fine, and yes I have had to do what every 3D user has to do, take apart, put together again, take apart, put together. IF YOU HAVE THE PARTS its not that hard.

While there are many different sellers with Anycubic in their name, I WAS VERY CAREFUL TO MAKE SURE I BOUGHT IT FROM THE Anycubic official store.
This is crazy, no warranty, no parts, even with me paying for them, worst company I have ever dealt with. So please some fool, buy my PRINTER :)
If anyone can suggest a 400mm x 400mm print please send me your thoughts. Thanks for your help.
Still waiting for the heatbed I PAID FOR in April or May, Anycubic is importing printers 4 sale, but no parts, bought it in Sept.
Read the whole story, before bidding on any Anycubic product.
Google "youtube anycubic chiron down for 2 months poor quality wire"  see how many are having trouble :(
See photo of email to me from Anycubic, see warranty from Anycubic web site, and remember when you buy ANY ANYCUBIC product that fails,  WHO do you contact if Anycubic says the warranty does not apply to you???
AT LEAST I HAVE A SHIPPING TIME FRAME: END OF JUNE ????? For the heatbed.  Bought Sept 2019 no warranty.

Go to Anycubic web site, check heatbeds, you will find Anycubic has NO HEATBEDS for all their printers. They will SELL you a printer, BUT NOT THE PARTS ???
DO YOU WANT A PRINTER THAT NEEDS PARTS REPLACED AND HAS NO WARRENTY ??

It need to send out from China via Fedex.
And if there is import tax, we will not undertake it.

KEEP in mind if you are thinking of buying any Anycubic, that after a few months any parts  you need will take months to ship, if at all, the item must ship from China, ANYCUBIC ONLY KEEPS PRINTERS IN STOCK IN THE USA, NOT PARTS. They have no heatbeds in stock, and have none coming in :(  So my non working Chiron can be your headache.
Try and search for the Chiron heatbed. None on eBay, none on Amazon, and none on Anycubic web site. None on this planet :(    (actually there are 95 in Russia, but they will not ship to USA, and I don't plan on any trips to Russia )
Update Chiron heatbed in stock in China, + shipping, with a FAKE 1 year warranty :(
So do I throw good money after bad ?
Anycubic Is selling the printer, just no replacement heatbed :( IN USA :(
I guess I'll wait for US stock, it might burn up when installed ??

AND Anycubic is out of office again for a few days. I do wonder why they quote when their web site says .99??? The link to buy was to the whole printer in an auction that ended. IF I ever get a heatbed, install it, and test it, I will still sell the printer. Tired of Anycubic, very disappointed in what could have been a good printer.
Tech support is non existent :(
NEVER LEAVE THIS PRINTER, IT WILL BURN YOUR HOUSE DOWN. I WAS LUCKY I WAS WATCHING WHEN IT STARTED TO SMOKE AND I COULD SHUT IT OFF .

ANYCUBIC does not honor their warranty. AND forget 24 x 7 tech support :(    VS
PRUSA who HAS a real one year warranty, has 24 x 7 tech support, try both, see who is there.

Sorry the quality of the warranty is so bad, that's what ANYCUBIC sent me. See warranty at the top of the auction in pictures. That picture is a little easier to read.

ought this direct from ANYCUBIC Sept 2019. Anycubic says warranty for heatbed is 6 months not the one year listed in the auction.
Anycubic will NOT sell the heatbed, so here is someone's chance who knows electric to try and fix it. I have no plans to EVER buy anything from ANYCUBIC AGAIN.
Be aware, even though I made sure I bought direct from ANYCUBIC, they will not honor the warranty. Printer does not have a serial number on it,  so you will NOT be able to open a support ticket. I have been given the serial number from ANYCUBIC in eBay messages, but the number does not work to reach tech support.
After 6 messages back and forth with ANYCUBIC It is just a waist of time.
I have 2 choices, sell it on eBay, or put it in the garbage.
So if you want to buy a printer, with an all metal hotend, replaced 2 before getting smart and not using ANYCUBIC hotends any more, it is a no name hotend, but was printing well just before heatbed wiring smoked.
I will be putting an E3D original hotend up for auction that was delivered to me the day after  the heatbed died.
The hotends are V6.
NO RETURNS ON THIS ITEM.  SOLD AS IS
