This is a cast member exclusive pin. This pin features the Wicked Wench; the ship from the Disneyland attraction Pirates of the Caribbean. At the bottom of the pin, in white lettering, it reads, "Pirates of the Caribbean". There are two large grey clouds and in the water are 3 splashes.....presumably from cannon fire. This pin measures approximately 1 1/2" high x 1 3/4" wide. Back of the pin reads: Disneyland Resort Cast Exclusive Limited Edition 1000 Another Cast Exclusive POM for July is #47880.
All pins come with a black rubber mouse ear pin back.  I do have the brass butterfly pin backs as well.  If you would prefer one of those, please message me to that effect.
If pins are not in great condition, I will list the defect in the Condition section.  I try my hardest to weed out fakes and scrappers.  If you receive a pin that you feel is not authentic, please message me immediately for a refund.
