Welcome!  This is a Juliska Berry and Thread French Panel stone gray rectangular platter or tray.  It is 16 1/2" long.  My pictures distort the size because I was too close when I took the pictures.  The last picture eludes to the size better.  It is new.  It has a teensy flaw on the back edge as shown: a tiny dot of white where the paint didn't cover. It is a heavy piece.
