The button celebrates the opening of Splash Mountain at Magic Kingdom.
Every year Walt Disney World put out a button to celebrate its birthday and normally celebrated an important happening at the parks that year [the button here is from 1992].

The button is in good to very good condition, some wear from storage and age, surface wear / abrasions, tarnishing on back; see pictures.
