Old Barn Hay Trolley Carrier. It is marked," THE NEY MFG CO. CANTON, OHIO 44 45", on one side. The other side is marked,"PATD APRIL  5 1887 CANTON OHIO". This is a great collectable piece. I do not know if it is still functional, but it still swivels and the pulley wheels turn. This may not be complete for your purpose, I am only selling the item in the picture.
