This auction is for an extremely rare and highly desirable 1991 Lionel Kodak Lighted Dealer Christmas Display Sign in Factory New (C9) unused condition with original shipping container. Manufactured in 1991 by Ridan Displays of Knoxville, Tennessee, this 53" x 28" x 6" rear lighted sign illuminates a full color transparency depicting Lionel trains under the Christmas tree. What's unique about this picture is it includes an image of the factory prototype 6611 Kodak yellow flatcar with vintage Kodak delivery truck. The placement of Lionel merchandise was inspired by Lionel's Marketing Department during the Richard Kughn era. This particular display was acquired at the Richard Kughn Carail liquidation auction in Detroit, Michigan.  The piece is complete, undamaged and worked when tested.
