Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge -  Project Team Hat - Walt Disney Imagineering (WDI).
Baseball hat is on one size fits most, with Velcro closure.  Condition is like new, never worn except maybe once to try it on.
This hat was handed out towards the middle of the  Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge project to the Imagineers that helped bring the land and attractions to life.   At the time Galaxy's Edge was officially announced as well as an opening year.
