Vintage Folk Art Dragon Painted Drum, Percussion, Tambourine

Here is an
Old Folk Art Dragon Painted Drum
in good shape as pictured.
Double-sided Drum is played similar to a
Tambourine;
appears to be handmade with both skins / heads decorated with original old colorfully painted crazed dry surfaces.
Drum
may be of Chinese provenance, a survivor likely from early 20thC. Art may depict a dragon on one skin, the painting on the other side is subject to interpretation. Uncertain if Drum
was ceremonial in usage.
Heads are secured by what looks like rose head nails.
Drum
is solid with both heads still remarkably tight projecting a loud crisp sound, noting only some expected usage wear paint loss, scattered surface chips, old wood age check, etc. as per photos.
Overall dimensions: Diameter 10-1/2" X Depth 4".
