Vintage Pottery Portugal Woman Decanter Bottle Figurine - Williams Sonoma.  The hat comes off and reveals a cork at the top of the bottle.  The hat sets on top of the cork.  I think at one time the cork was glued to the inside of the hat so when you took her hat off then the cork came off too....however the glue has come undone over time (you can reglue it if you want).  With her hat on she measures 11 1/2" tall.  She needs a light cleaning but she is not chipped or cracked.
