Vintage Paprika Red Round Rooster Chicken Hens Platter Portugal French Country. Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
This is a great platter.
It measures a whopping 13.25” in diameter and would be great hanging on a wall, on your table, or sitting in your hutch.
The perimeter is trimmed with a paprika red edge and has scenery of roosters, chickens and hens, with alternating clumps of flowers. This platter screams French Country Farmhouse. The color coordinates beautifully with the Longaberger Paprika Red pottery. I showed this combination in the last picture. (The longaberger plate is not included in this offering)
This vintage platter was made in Portugal and has noticeable crazing. When the platter is wet after washing, the crazing is dark and very dramatic, but dries to a normal crazing as seen in photos. One very small scuff of edge.
